PROFESSIONAL BIO

Sarah Klobocista, M.M.S., PA-C is an NCCPA Board Certified New York and New Jersey licensed Physician Associate with 15 years of experience. After graduating from Wagner College and receiving a Bachelors degree in Science and Physician Associate studies in 2005, she has worked at facilities throughout NYC and Long Island to hone her skills and provide world class patient care. She has a passion for health and life longevity, with a background in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Women's Health and Wellness Medicine.

To further her education, Sarah completed her Masters degree in Education of Advanced Physician Associate Studies. Sarah has a long family line in medicine and makes it a priority in life to help others with the knowledge she has gained over the years. Sarah is a New York City native who has traveled all over the world and always remembers to bring back a souvenir. She is a huge foodie who loves experiencing new things and making memories with those closest to her.
