Job Description: As the Aesthetic Specialist & Clinical Manager, this pivotal role involves overseeing and managing the delivery of aesthetic clinical services, including injectables and laser treatments, at our esteemed medical spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the clinical team, ensuring a seamless workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in service delivery.
Key responsibilities include performing injectable treatments, laser procedures, and other aesthetic services, in addition to managing and leading a team of clinicians. The Clinical Services Manager will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of treatment protocols, staying abreast of industry trends, and fostering a collaborative and patient-centric environment.
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must have training and experience with aesthetic procedures, emphasizing injectable fillers, neurotoxins, and laser, light, and energy-based device use
- Possession of a valid nursing or mid-level provider (PA-C, ARNP) license in the state of New York.
- Proven track record of successful experience as a Nurse or in a comparable role within the medical spa or aesthetics field.
- Self-starter mentality, eager to contribute to business development alongside co-founders, cultivate knowledge from partners, and actively participate in driving overall growth.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a very enthusiastic “people person” as our Aesthetician for our high-end cosmetic dermatology boutique practice in the Upper East Side. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience and be adept to consulting clients on their skin care needs. Must be a self-starter. In this role you will deliver quality technical service with emphasis on the customer’s total appearance and be responsible for building a request client base through referrals and utilizing promotional materials available, while following all company policies and procedures. Position is available for part-time but can potentially become full-time. Compensation will be an hourly wage plus commission and is negotiable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Will administer aesthetic treatments to include IPL and other laser programs that will be added per the physician.
- Will provide aesthetic services and perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical spa running smoothly.
- Cleans and stocks treatment room including laying out special equipment or supplies to be used during a patient visit.
- Maintains supplies and equipment for treatments, including sterilization of equipment when applicable.

Job Requirements:

Position Summary:
Our boutique style cosmetic dermatology and laser center located on Madison Avenue's Upper East seeks a motivated, organized, medical assistant to be right-hand to our primary provider and clinical support to other providers. Medical Assistants are an important member of the clinical team and assure that patients have a positive, caring and professional experience during their office visit. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly, as well as assist with media marketing and social media management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Our MA will work alongside the provider performing routine administrative and clinical assignments, to keep the medical facility running smoothly
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Serve as provider assistant
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Perform follow-up calls after certain procedures
- Keep an organized flow of schedule; assisting patients to exam rooms, reviewing procedure information and collecting consent, manage patient photography/videography and filing, and changing over rooms

Job Requirements:

- Phlebotomy experience is a plus

- Create and post content for social media sites
