About SoVous:

SoVous is expanding—but staying true to who we are. We’re a proudly female-owned and operated small business with big plans to grow internally—not into a corporate chain, but into an even stronger version of the personalized, boutique practice our patients love. We believe in growth without sacrificing soul. Our goal is to build a team that supports our evolving services while preserving the warmth, flexibility, and integrity of a tight-knit business.

We are located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side and offer a full spectrum of aesthetic and wellness services—from Botox and dermal fillers to advanced laser treatments, women’s health therapies, and clinical training for other providers. Our practice is led by experienced, industry-respected professionals who are passionate about patient outcomes and education.

We are looking for team members who want to grow with us—not just in skill, but in opportunity. We value people who are career-driven, self-starting, and solutions-oriented. If you’re the type of person who sees a better way to do something and takes initiative to make it happen, you’ll thrive here. We believe every role can evolve into something greater, and we want team members who are excited to shape their position as we grow. Most importantly, we want people who care about this business as much as we do—because everything we do is designed to elevate the patient experience and create a practice we’re proud to be part of long term.
